"The hotel was difficult to find as it’s a small door at the end of a building block. There is no parking, you need to use any of the city lots at £14 a week. Room was quiet and clean. Haystacks is an excellent cafe downstairs."

"Lovely clean room with very tasteful decor. Really comfy mattress and nice to hear the sound of running water from the stream nearby. Great food in the restaurant downstairs. Only downside was that breakfast not provided and we had to walk into the local village"

"It had everything we needed for a one nights stay. The only thing we couldn’t find was the switch for the heating as we did need to take the chill off now it’s getting cooler. Despite the fire alarm going off and no one knowing what to do at 5am we had a pleasant stay"

"What a lovely Guesthouse to stay at in the Brecon Beacons. Moira was a delight and all the staff were really friendly, welcoming and very helpful in making suggestions on places we could go nearby. Great location too! I would definitely stay here again next time I am in the Brecons!"
