"The hotel is up a steep sloping street and in a quiet area. It has a traditional feel and the cafe is really nice and the hot springs, however there is no view, unless you pay for the private baths upstairs. "Fairly quiet end Mid April. Couldn’t figure out where the light switch for one of the lights and staff isn’t always around even during the day so it’s a bit tricky to get help. "Wonderful stay in this beautiful ryokan with private hot spring bath and a breakfast and dinner that would put Michelin starred restaurants to shame.
