“Small hotel which is lovely for privacy and personable staff. Right on the beach with attendants at both the beach and the pool. Everything you need is right at the hotel or within walking distance. Surrounding area is okay with some spots for dinner and only a 20 minute drive to Old San Juan.”

“So much to say: first off there was no indication from Expedia that this hotel was located on the 4th floor of a hospital! You have to pay for parking per hour. Our room had only 3 bath towels (we had a family of 5, with room accommodating up to 6 people). When the water wouldn’t get cold to fill our water bottles we went to the fountain and it was out of service. We went to the ice machine and it wasn’t working. Went to raise the blinks when we arrived and a big metal thing landed on my hand....

“A "quaint" old hotel in Old San Juan, kept up with very well. If you want hundreds of souvenir shops to walk in and out of it's very convenient. Restaurants and bars seemed to be harder to find. No real amenities at the hotel, did not see anyone using the hot baths or jacuzzi. Coffee in the lobby near the front door in the morning, had to get a hair dryer from the front desk. It served it's purpose for the overnight stay.”

“we reserved a room online for the Dream hotel but when we got there at night we got rejected because they told us they were full however when we went online they took our money with our reservation. They showed us a scam copy claiming that they did not did not take the money however when we check their bank statements it showed that they did. “Great resort, staff was friendly. The bar tender OVI was such a pleasure. His professionalism was unmatched. We told him me and my wife was there for my birthday and the next day he surprised us with a birthday balloon. Such a nice gesture. Thanks OVI and staff for such a nice birthday experience!!! “The staff was very cordial. I had to move a night table to retrieve a hair clip and I can tell that no one has cleaned the area behind the night stand for a while and there was small roach. Shower curtain needs to be replace immediately. The plastic receptacle to connect the blow dryer is broken. The room needs a fresh coat of paint; there are scuff marks on the walls.
