"I stayed here w my two teenaged daughters. Room was clean, beds comfy, very cute. Good amenities—microwave, induction burner, full sized fridge, toaster, dishwasher, basic kitchen utensils—nice for a family that doesn’t want to eat out for every meal.
The walk to the beach is about 2-3 mins. Slightly shorter to the bay.
Bathroom is a tad cozy but nicely done and water pressure so-so from a rain shower. Fancy toilet—not my jam but bidet away, folks!
Two TVs was nice (we had a king studio). AC good. Street noise was a bit much for noise sensitive people, if your room is in the front—that’s actually a busy street because it connects to the park. Close your window at night!
We had an issue with a neighboring room’s smoke detector which was very annoying (low battery beeping every minute x a couple of hours x 2 days) and getting help was a bit of a chore for that.
With everyone headed to the beach, a broom/dustpan in each room (sand!!!) and perhaps a place to hang wet stuff outside would have been nice. Outside shower is great for rinsing off.
Overall a very nice place to stay. Also, go to Olives’s Cafe for breakfast!! Absolutely delicious."
