“I stayed here for one night while visiting London and had a great experience. The location in Soho is excellent – very central, with many attractions, shops, restaurants, and public transport all within easy walking distance. As this is a capsule hotel, I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but I found my way around immediately. The hotel itself is very new (I believe it has been open for less than a year), and everything felt modern and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming....

“방에 창문이 없어서 먼지가 가득했다. 냉장고도 없고, 제공받는 큰 타월을 거는 곳도 여의치 않았다. 체크아웃날에 좀 더 둘러보고 공항에 가고 싶어서 짐을 맡기려는데 이를 위해서 3파운드를 내야한다. 시내 거점에 있는 라커보단 저렴하나, 돈을 요구받은 적은 처음이라 당황스러웠다. 몇몇 직원들은 친절했으나 몇몇 직원은 불친절했다. 한 직원은 내가 맡긴 짐을 찾을 때 짐을 나한테 직접 넘겨주지 않고 좀 떨어진 곳에서 내 가방을 굴려서 건네줬다. 기분이 좀 이상했다. 체크인하기 전에도 나를 답답하다는 듯이 바라보면서 체크인에 대한 사항들을 물어보다가 다른 직원에게 넘기고 다른 백인 방문객한테 미소 지으면서 다가가 응대하니까 인종차별인가 싶었다. 여러모로 기분좋지 않았다. 다시는 방문하고 싶지 않다.”

“객실도 깨끗했고 3인 가족이 지내는데 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 위치도 지하철역에서 가까워 접근성도 최고 였네요.”

“Room was spacious and clean. Good view over the harbor. There is a bit of a walking distance to the metro station but probably fine for leisure travel. A supermarket near the metro so pretty convenient for resupply.”
