“Beautiful property and rooms. However, at this price we were expecting 7 star service and that was not the case. The staff at the pool/bar/restaurant seemed to be bothered when we asked for service. They mostly congregated by the towel area and checked their phones more than they us. You can get far better service in other cheaper hotels. We were hoping to lounge and be take n care of but instead we were told about a 4pm last call (not offered anything) and when the birds took half the breakfast...

“It was beautiful however there was no kitchen. Just a hotplate and a sink. The only shower is outdoors and the bathroom is pretty far from the tents. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend to others!”

“Our unit was infested with ants. We had no hot water. And for a lot of the trip just no water at all because they turned it off for “construction” without any notice. Ants were all over our bed, clothes, babies clean bottles. Would never go back. To remedy the situation they handed us a bottle of raid.”

“The rooms are super clean and modern. The bathroom is modern and there is hot water; the beds are comfortable and the A/C temperature is perfect. There is parking; several restaurants and so close to the beach! The host is super nice and answers quickly. I will definitely tell my family and friends to come here to the Turtle Surfing Inn in Luquillo, PR.”

“The property is peaceful and beautiful. They have 2 hammocks in the front, complimentary breakfast which can actually be accessed any time. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. It truly is a peaceful environment surrounded by the rainforest! We got room 5 upstairs which didn’t necessarily have a private patio but it does have a front patio that’s tucked away from the other rental units. The pictures are accurate, the rooms are snug. The a/c works very well! Water pressure was pretty good....
