"Hot tub could have been hotter and I missed the woman's change room where there was a steam room (we were only there one night and I didn’t search too hard). What we were most impressed with was how gracious, kind and warm the staff were at every step of the way. The staff really made our Fairmont stay stand out. "

"Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The room was perfect, with elegant finishes and design. We upgraded (at a very reasonable cost) to a room on the 8th floor with more space, including 2 bathrooms and a high top table, perfect for the 3 of us (mom dad and 13 year old daughter) to eat and play cards. Being there a full week, the quality of the room made a huge difference. It was quiet and the staff were exceptional. Highly recommend. "

"The perfecr spot, perched in the rafters in the 4th floor. I felt like I was in "Ratatouille"... in the best possible way! Most comfortable bed. Nesspresso coffee! Close to everything a shower with a bunch of jets. Wee fridge. We didnt mind the stairs at all! Nous sommes en amour! Stay here."

"Parking only has 5 places or else the nearest parking is 25$ a night. Very close to the city life, very clean, very cosy. However old building therefor thin walls ( not sound proof) so you can easily hear the city life and the shower sometimes makes a very loud sound while heating up. "
