"We had an amazing stay! Everything exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The resort was beautiful, greatly maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We originally booked a swim-up suite, but to our surprise we were upgraded complimentary to a beachfront swim-up suite, and it was absolutely perfect. Waking up just steps from the beach with direct access to the pool made our vacation unforgettable. The food, service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were excellent. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and the upgrade was such a thoughtful touch. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"The property was beautiful. The staff were all so friendly and wonderful. Be aware, though, that upon arrival you will have to go through a 90 minute “presentation” where they basically try to sell you a time share. This was bothersome because we only stayed Monday through Friday. It was frustrating to give up that much time for a service we weren’t interested in. The staff trying to sell us the time share also became very obviously irked when we declined to buy it at the end of the presentation."

"Our first all-inclusive and it was wonderful. Multiple restaurants and two food halls. Relaxing, part of a walkable neighborhood of shops and restaurants off sight and they had their own beach areas. Staff was so kind and rooms were clean, air conditioning worked great, nice sitting areas outside that were covered and not. Pools great-one with swim-up bar. You'll have to get used to the sereques running around. Our only complaint is we wish it was closer to the airport. Pay the extra $ to get a private car or Uber. Advise you do not take the shuttle that stops at multiple hotels-took us 2 hrs to get to our hotel because of all the traffic and stops - it wasn't the distance. We'd stay here again."

"Caleta Increíble, muy hermosa, albercas amplias, instalaciones excelentes y jardines muy bien cuidados... El Personal, digamos, la mitad si esta convencido sobre la atención al cliente y la otra mitad se molestan o simplemente ignoran cualquier solicitud, en lo personal, me enviaron a una habitación que no solicité, pero al realizar la calificación de la experiencia de check in en Expedia indicando lo sucedido, al siguiente día personal del hotel del área de atención a clientes (Giovana y Hansel excelentes profesionales) lo solucionaron con prontitud y hasta con upgrade de habitación, muy agradecido, la comida nada mal ni nada extraordinario, en general volvería pero siempre aclarando desde un principio lo contratado con lo servido"

"We had an amazing time at this resort, it was clean and there was a large selection of food at the buffets and the à la carte dining was excellent. We wanted to mention the excellent staff, especially the entertainment team (and Naima, Gabriel and Alberto) who made our stay super fun as well as the great night performers."
