"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is fantastic with lots of activities and great dining choices. Alfredo, our Villa Manager (Villa 65 Butler), and his team, Julio and Bely, completely elevated our experience. They are highly professional, always smiling, and went above and beyond for us. A huge shout-out also goes to Alfred and Luciana at the infinity pool—such beautiful people, so helpful, and incredibly professional. Everyone worked so hard to make sure we had a perfect stay.The only feedback we have is about the food options, particularly at the breakfast buffet. The meat selection was about 90% pork, which was disappointing since we don't eat pork. We recommend the hotel offer more diverse alternatives for the millions of travelers who avoid pork.Can't wait to visit again! :)"
