"The location is amazing and the room was very clean! My only complaint was that the front desk staff would randomly disappear, so when we needed things they were no where to be found for 20 min or so, then would reappear and we could get what we needed. Also, the room was made up each day but not until 5 pm or so, so if you did not stay out late, you wouldn’t get your room made up. Overall though it was a great hotel for the price!"

"This was my first time visiting Puerto Rico, and I am so happy I chose the Condado Hotel for my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What stood out the most was how friendly and helpful the staff were throughout my visit. I had a very late check-in, which I was originally nervous about, but the process was completely seamless and stress-free. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I also loved that the hotel is a small boutique property. It had a more intimate and relaxing atmosphere compared to larger resorts. The adults-only environment was an added bonus and made for a peaceful getaway. Relaxing on the beach with an umbrella drink in hand was the perfect way to end the summer, and this hotel played a big part in making my trip enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and welcoming place to stay in Puerto Rico."

"The hotel location was great, close to everything. The staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is located next to the T Mobile District, but there was no noise in the room, which was nice. Food was great, and the room and amenities were very clean. I would stay here again."
