“We stayed 4 nights at Sage. Staff at front desk, breakfast & the Social lounge were excellent. Both Check in and check out were smooth. Requested a ground floor in advance and they fulfilled. Enjoyed the convenience of bldg A and parking our car directly by our room. The room was clean and quiet with no noticeable parking lot or external walkway noise. We could hear and were awaken by The second floor guest(s) each night of our stay . They woke around 4 am and walked back and forth for hours....

“The check-in staff was aloof and seemed bothered to explain where things were located. The valets were great The breakfast server was great”

“Except!”

“Beautiful hotel in the center of old town. Excellent”

“A really nice no-frills spot if you're looking to stay in downtown Santa Fe but don't want to pay downtown prices.”

“Really nice staff, clean room, wonderful breakfast. Except one. The pool is not suitable for swimming in winter. It needs hotter water.”

“너무 오래되고 좁은 방..”

“Hotel and staff were great, very clean. Bathroom very small but great shower. Could use a few more surfaces to put things on, like a desk /chair. Staff very accommodating when we asked for a second chair and help with the tv. Breakfast was awesome!”

“The hotel is very beautiful and the service is satisfactory. It is also attractive to have a separate room and you can take a walk in the hotel at any time.”

“We were a little disappointed when we arrived and received a different room than the one we booked. Some of the rooms are historic and some were built in the 90s and have not been kept up so they're not in the best condition. However they did move us to a slightly nicer room. Breakfast was great. Overall a good location but San Francisco street can get noisy at night, so if your noise sensitive you might not want a room on the street. Otherwise the service was fantastic and the property is very...

“Needs some TLC, very tired-looking property. The room was basic (despite it being an upgrade) but adequate. Unfortunately the bed and pillows were very hard and the AC unit was extremely loud, resulting in a difficult night and very little sleep. We chose to check out in the morning after just one night of our two-night booking. The staff was pleasant upon check-in and check-out.”
