“Our room was mistakenly given to someone with a similar name. We were initially told we would be upgraded to a suite but then mgmt decided to send us to another hotel instead. It all worked out eventually. Luckily we were able to be spontaneous and weren’t on a schedule and the other hotel was close by.”
