“This was our third stay at this hotel and felt like it has gone downhill a bit since our last stay a few years ago. Breakfast bar was meh, no different than other lesser hotels and was same all 3 days we were there. Then the “happy hour” they advertise to start at 3:30 was never open at 3:30 and we were not able to partake because we go to dinner early and had reservations. That was a disappointment. The rooms are nice, but not almost $500 per night nice! Not what we consider luxury. No...

“The hotel was centrally located and quite a lovely main foyer etc. bedroom was spacious. Bathroom lovely. Bed comfortable. The window lock etc was broken so window could not be closed or locked so I felt vulnerable. Left with two large suitcases and no suggestion about help when I enquired at desk and checked out. Felt like a number. Got better reception and assistance at a cheaper stay the two nights previous. Expect more when I pay more.”

“Certainly dated. Great location. Weird shower. One slider is sealed so you have to reach way in to turn the shower on. There’s no way to do this without getting sprayed with cold water. Was a fun surprise.”
