"My stay at Hakone Airu was one of the highlights of my trip. The setting is beautiful — I visited on a rainy day and could see cherry blossoms against the mountains while relaxing in the private onsen, which was an incredible experience. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and I slept well on the futons. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were both good, and I really liked the private dining rooms, which made the experience feel more intimate. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the property is very well maintained. Overall, a relaxing and memorable stay — I would definitely recommend it."
