โLots of character due to its age. Bathrooms were updated and had all amenities needed. Great location and lots of parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will go back again!โ

โI visit Gatlinburg every year. I always stay in a cabin, but decided to switch up a little, and I loved it. I'm big on beautiful views of the mountains. I still got that staying there. The pool area was great, my grandkids really enjoyed it, and the warm cookies whenever you wanted them was delicious. I would definitely stay again.โ
โThe hotel room was clean and updated. The breakfast was awesome! The room had a nice view of the river and there was a trolly to take you downtown which was a good distance away. Hard to complain about anything. Cool little motel that has been recently renovatedโ

โThere is no cleaning the room for everyday. I should get the towel from front desk and shower gel went out. Then I thought, why I should pay every cost for the hotel stay, because the hotel didn't provide full service. They are still living in cobid 19 world.โ
