โOur stay at the Cridford Inn was absolutely fantastic. From the room, the staff, the restaurant (we tried the medieval recipes and they were great), the bar and the fabulous breakfast. Our only regret is that we didnโt stay longer. The area offers a vast number of walks on the beautiful Moor. โ
โWe cannot fault the service staff food and the location excellent it's just the overall finish needs some renovation to the outside finish,it's a bit tired but all that aside we enjoyed our stay staff were all very polite and helpful great. โ

โFirst time away with my partner on holiday for one night, the rooms were wonderful, nice spacious area and comfy beds. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Just wished the check in was before 3pm but overall wonderful hotel to stay in for a night away or two. Definitely coming back again. โ
โRoom and bed are cleaned well and morning breakfast is served also good.
But ventilation is not good. Doesn't have any air conditioner so room is filled with hot air when checked in. Hotel is closed to road so that buzzing vehicles noise comes into window over night make me hard to sleep. Electric hot pot is served with stain inside so there's no way to make tea in the room.โ
โOne of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Itโs a lovely traditional hotel building (1920s shall we say?) which has been beautifully renovated and refurbished. Both the big picture and the small details are delightful. Staff service was friendly with a real sense of team and purpose. I havenโt mentioned the small outdoor pool (constant 27c) or hot tub simply because I didnโt use them this time! I canโt remember what I paid for my one-night visit but it was a bargain, and I would be very happy to...

โWe were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the comfort in the rooms. Both the bedroom and the public rooms were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast and evening meals were superb and we did enjoy having a freshly cooked breakfast brought to our table rather than a buffet style self service where the food had been hanging around. The overall impression was of happy staff creating a pleasant atmosphereโ
โVery lovely stay in Exeter for 2 nights at the start of our Devon/Cornwall trip. Friendly staff! Great spa with a deal for hotel guests. The breakfast was wonderful, too. Right in the middle of everything. We will stay here again without even looking elsewhere if we come back this way. We loved Exeter!โ
