“Charming…quaint…loved the ambience. Amenities were none. No vending machines, no ice machines, no in-house store, no pool, tricky parking, and limited continental breakfast. But I did feel like I was having a New Orleans experience with the decor and location. Would I stay again? Probably not.”

“Toilet was running the whole time and at times couldn't flush it and when I asked for them to fix it while we were out they didn't and I had to ask again. They did not apologize for the inconvenience. Also the floor had a wet spot from a leak in the wall. The security guards were not friendly when you had to have your parking slip validated. The only thing good was the location. It was easy and quick to get to the French Quarters and the Superdome.”

“Room downgrade and closed facilities – Not worth the price My experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. I was initially given a single-bed room despite booking a two-bed room, and the hassle of moving rooms the next day was quite inconvenient. Being placed in a lower-tier room than what I paid for was a poor start to my trip. Furthermore, the management of the facilities was unacceptable. Both the pool and the gym were closed during my stay. Having both amenities out of order at once...

“They let me do early check in for a small fee, immediately fulfilled my request of more towels/wash cloths and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!”
