"Staff was so friendly & helpful! "

"Clean Room, nice coffee shop. Didn’t eat at either restaurant as we ate out the whole week. Staff was kind and friendly! Never had to ask for a towel & rooms were cleaned daily! Loved the do not disturb switch to turn off and on while we were in the room-comfy Beds! As a family of 4 the smaller rooms with a large city view were a tight squeeze so we called and were upgraded to a larger room at no extra fee! Beware that there is not very much storage space if you are an unpacker like us! One closet, no drawers. Great location but bring a noise machine or ear plugs as you can hear hallway noise and outside noise clearly. Also BEWARE of the $35 URBAN FEE added on top of your rated. Staying for a week that added up and we were not told about this upfront. That is my only issue but we will stay here again! Parking fee is $25 per night but they also add tax separate on everything -still cheaper to park here than other areas! "

"Everyone was very nice at the hotel. There is a construction right across from our room that no one warned us about, so that was kind of a rude and early awakening. Bring your own shampoos since the quality of the ones in the room was not great! Oh and the TV had a really awful picture, like the resolution was off and we couldn’t get it to be more normal looking. Otherwise, the location is great, walking distance to everything. Oh, and a really nice touch to have water bottles in the room,I truly appreciated that!! The room is very spacious, really nice kitchen with everything you need. All in all, I would stay there again. "

"Wonderful stay in a great location! Lovely to have a quiet and cozy place in the area. The room was just perfec and it is a great blend of modern convenience with charming historic design! Complimentary drinks vouchers for the bar are such welcome touch when checking-in. "

"The first restaurant is on the roof. Atmosphere is great. The food is pretty good. Portions are extremely small. I had shrimp tacos and there was barely enough stuff to cover the bottom of the taco, it was also dry with no sauce. My friend had the kabobs which were delicious but two 4 inch kabobs do not make a meal. The restaurant downstairs is prepackaged food. The shower in our room was fine but you had to get in to turn the water on so you couldn't wait for it to warm up. Also the hand held shower had no shower head in it so it gushed out and hit me in the face. The room was cute. The hotel/bar was nice and modern looking. They had many games for guests to play on their own. The staff was very friendly."
