"We were very happy with the service, esp Kristina at the front desk, our room (very clean), and the security. The restaurants (esp Cioppino!) were great. The parking was free. They have a lot for trucks on the south side.
Altho this hotel has been around awhile it is kept up very well. The rooms are modern and the whole property is very clean. They apparently do not have the "staff shortages" other seem to have, or use as an excuse. The beverage service ladies were very prompt.
We felt it was a good value for the time we stayed (weekdays). As usual, it was a pretty low price per night, then a "Hotel services fee +tax" that added $45.34 per night to the rate. It was disclosed when we booked but not sure what it was actually for.
As usual in LV, there are no coffee makers, microwaves or fridges in the room. We did not use wifi (if it was even available, never checked) or the pool. But it seems to be de rigueur to charge it.
We would stay here again, based on the excellent service we received. "
"Overall the experience far exceeded our expectations. The staff checked in daily to see if we needed anything and ensured all our needs were met. The only thing we weren’t to pleased with was the pressure once we arrived to go to concierge and felt sales pressured to sign up for a vacation club tour. I feel that it should be suggested and let the guest decide if they want to go on the tour and not feel pressured that we have to sign up right there. We lost $40 due to deciding not to go on the tour, but overall this should be an option not more of a sales pressure tactic. I do have to say aside from that the entire experience was amazing and would recommend anyone to stay. "
