โLoved the free breakfast and that everything was centrally located off the lobby. Great pool areas! The room layout and oversized bathroom was perfect for our family of 5.โ

The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was parking. There wasnt enough on Saturday and we had to park really far away from the room. The breakfast was excellent.โ
โThe only spat i had was the outside slides to the pool was closed during my stay which was sunday monday Tuesday and wensday it was open when we arrived sunday which was 4 thats the check in time only to be told the slides only run until 6 and only on the weekends so we did not get to enjoy the outside slides .the only reason for me saying anything is because it was not said anywhere these slides only run on the weekends until we were actually checking in for our stay โ
โI work in the hospitality industry as well and I know its difficulties. The room was clean but could use some upkeep. Its time for a new pull out couch and mattresses. The pools were pretty nice but the putt putt needs to be redone or removed... its a bit embarrassing. Thank you for an awesome stay. My family made some memories and you helped with that! โ
โMy husband & I have gone to Cherokee the last 5 years for our Anniversary. We decided to stay at a different property this time & we were so glad we did. We discovered a whole new part of Cherokee that we didnโt know about. The property was very nice. Our room was great, clean & most importantly our AC worked perfectly. The pool was clean. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We will definitely be staying there on our trips to Cherokee from now on. โ

โI stayed two nights. I asked the front desk to clean the room, but the room was not cleaned. And the hotel did not do anything to me that amounted to that responsibility.โ
