โWe stayed here for two nights on our family trip to Scotland. We used it as a stop as we toured isle of Skye during the day. Friendly front desk staff. Very clean spacious rooms. Restaurant on site. We had a nice dinner at the pub. Breakfast was buffet style. โ
โThe owner was very personable. I interrupted her Sunday evening meal and she still was happy to help me. I enjoyed room one, which I would change the name to the heart/hart room. I would โhideโ a few more hearts/harts for guests to find and offer a Scottish keychain as a prize if they found them all, perhaps like the one that came with the key to the room. Threse made my stay relaxing and comfortable, just what I needed.โ
โGreat, comfortable room with a beautiful view across the loch. A pity that the left window wasnโt cleaned and was covered in salt spray.
Restaurant menu was unexciting but our fish and chips were fresh and well cooked.โ
โWell-appointed cottage that was once a stable block. Very nicely renovated with all the essentials that you need in a vacation home. Welcome pack (including a small bottle of milk!). Comfortable bed. Wood burning stove plus electric heaters. Set on its own behind the main house, it is visited by sheep grazing on common land and deer coming down to visit. Beautiful part of the country and well recommended for those wanting tranquility and calm (no tv!). โ

โI would highly recommend this property. We stayed there for two nights. There were multiple restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Although we had a car, we rarely used it. We did take the car on the ferry to Stornaway Which is also well worth the trip. The owners of this property bent over backwards to make it convenient and charming. My only complaint, and this is Minor is that there were no Kleenexes in the room. However, there were ample outlets for charging our devices and...
