Walked across road to restaurant and didn’t realize had to make reservations, we were told by elderly lady that she was the only one working and doing everything. "Some resident/or residents used the toaster just after 7am Saturday morning so this was a bit distressing rushing downstairs then back upstairs to help a family member downstairs ( mobility issues) Other than the above room was clean reception lady was lovely cleaners were friendly.
