"I and my friend stayed 3 nights during the week. No issues with noise. The room was clean and we had access to a hot tub and pool. We walked over to look at them but did not get in. The pool had a white film on top, not appealing. We did not eat the breakfast as there were no protein options and the fruit did not look appetizing. For the price, it was a nice safe place to stay for a few days. "

"Gal that checked us in very nice and insightful about places to go. Evening woman very rude when we asked for towels. Cleaning lady very nice and efficient, left our room clean and smelling nice. The towels are awful!! Some looked like a mechanic shop had used them! Pool and area need some renovation And it is sad all the homeless in the area"

"Our flight was canceled due to bad weather. We have stayed at this Hyatt Place many times in the past when visiting our family. It was convenient to the airport with a shuttle that runs every 1/2 hour beginning at 4:30 am! (We caught it at 5:30 am along with several other folks.) The driver even took us down to the end near the SWA terminal. "
