“The room was clean and so was the communal areas. Location good for the ice rink, hence the selection of the hotel. Downside - I booked as it was advertised as budget but there are all the hidden extras. “Had a lovely stay at the Village Hotel. The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The hotel itself was a lovely place to stay with great facilities, including a Starbucks café and restaurant on site. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. Overall a great experience and we would definitely stay again!”

“Personal choice but didn't like the evening menu choices and breakfast was good if poached eggs were cooked better. Mine still had the clear egg slime on them. Staff were brilliant even down to the housekeeping. Room we had was really lovely, modern and a good size. Lots of space in bathroom and a great shower. Free parking was a real bonus. Really enjoyed our weeks stay at golden fleece hotel”
