“I never logged into wifi so not sure how that was. The room was always clean. Water was always available when we called the front also blankets if we needed any. Food was okay but for all inclusive it was fine. Make sure to not lose your beach towels they will charge lol. I lost mine or someone took it. Over all great experience, if you don’t have to leave the resort don’t but if there’s time you do you’ll be fine once in a while. ”

“Our experience was terrible. We were scammed by the hotel staff. We made a boat tour reservation through the hotel concierge on the first day of our trip, which was supposed to include fishing, snorkeling, and whale watching. We paid $600 for the tour. However, all we got was a fishing trip on an old boat. We got soaked by the waves because the roof of the boat was broken, and there were no life vests for the kids. The concierge had said the license fee was included, but we had to pay $75 each...
