"Mandatory valet parking is not only inconvenient, it is also a rip off with the valets expecting tips. At these room rates, and mandatory resort fees, tipping should be discouraged with prominent signage and the valets should be instructed to turn down tips."

"We didn't know much about this hotel before we stayed, but we ended up having an amazing stay there. They have great staff and an involved owner that even gave us great restaurant recommendations. We wanted to get on the road before the breakfast buffet started, but the owner talked us into staying a bit later and it was worth it! The breakfast buffet is as amazing as he said it was. They have different things each time, but for our trip the breakfast quesadillas, quiche, and flan were...

"It’s an older hotel that has unique charm and is well maintained. The staff is excellent and extremely accommodating. Some small things such as the curtains and an outlet needed attention but our overall experience was great. The location is excellent if you don’t want to rent a car and just walk the town. "

"The property was well situated and in close proximity to the Santa Fe square and just across the street from the newer railroad development area. A perfect location for shopping, eating and walking to se the sights. The smallish continental breakfast was perfect to start the day and the complimentary evening social hour was equally perfect for snacking and drinking prior to dinner. "

"Beautiful scenery, great activities, and outstanding pools. Love the walking trails on property and proximity to horseback riding. I wish the dining options were a bit better, They are adequate, but A higher end dining option would have been nice. But a great place to stay overall, especially for families"

"Closer parking to your rooms and absolutely need cart for taking luggage to rooms. We had to make multiple trips and lug our bags etc to our room that was not close to parking."
