"I really loved this hotel! It was in a great location (walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shopping stores) and it was right next to the airport limousine stop! The room and bathroom was clean. Also, having the bidet was nice. They have a coin laundry within the hotel and they stored my luggage when I checked out. A convenience store was right next door. Location was ideal! I would definitely stay here again."

"Pros: clean, bed is large and comfortable, small fridge and safe in the room, room sizes are good, reception is very helpful - fast checkin and out. Good location near shops, cafes, restaurants, Metro rail. Basic ammenities in the room but perfectly fine Cons: Blinds don’t close properly- need to push some cushions against the blinds and even then can’t get full blockout - there is a lot of light leakage. The lifts are slow - so peak time is a bit of a wait. "

"The location of this hotel is super convenient. It's close to many of the palaces and a subway station. We were able to take nice morning walk around the palace every morning and enjoy the area."

"Room is clean and service is excellent. Staff is helpful and polite. Train is just 5 minutes walk away. A personal preference is for firmer pillows, which are soft and mushy"

"Great location! Quiet comfortable room. We had no view, just the building beside but we spent our time walking along the river and sitting by the river. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Would be great if breakfast went just a wee bit later but it was ok."

"I stayed at this property for 10 days with my mom (2 adults) in a small room with a large comfortable king size bed. The room is better suited for 1 person - not enough outlets or outlet on only 1 side, no drawers to put away clothes. This is more of a businsss hotel for a shorter stay. I didn’t use the restaurant because there was no charm for having a drink. I used the business center to get some work done on an open large table. Internet worked great. The gym suited my needs of some weight...

"The hotel is very conveniently located in busy Myeong-dong shopping district. The room condition looks quite old and carpet flooring is not very clean. The front desk staff are friendly but seems to lack motivation. Overall, it is a good stay for my family as we booked a triple room sharing for 4 persons."

"Centrally located. There is a bus stop 1 min walk from hotel entrance you just have to cross the street. You can take a bus from the airport to this bus stop. Also there is a metro line with an entrance right in front of the hotel. Stairs to the metro. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious. Rooms were a little small - not a lot of floor space to open suitcases. Small closet and small table are the only spaces to put away your belongings. Bathroom had lots of counter...

"Very convenient and near the main shopping and food areas. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. We managed to get the renovated room and it was nice but the soundproofing is not good. We were already on the 12/F but we could hear car noises and night works outside. We also heard our neighbor snoring or walking outside our room. Another thing is, the sensor light by the entrance would switch on by by itself multiple times after midnight, especially at 3 am. This happened every night during our stay...
