"Our stay was great. The rooms were decent but nothing fancy. Customer service was excellent. There was only a few things I didn’t care was 1 you couldn’t have a microwave in the room they said it was a fire hazard which I could understand. 2 the shower head in our hotel was jank. 3 the restaurant in the hotel were super expensive. Other then that we enjoyed our stay. "

"Hotel was conveniently located. I appreciated the AI concierge, Ava. We used it to recommend some activities and it was very helpful! We needed extra towels and got some very quickly. There was a large soaking tub in our room which was nice! The only downside to our stay is we were directly under the service elevator and it would move very early in the morning and was very loud. I am not sure how to ensure your room is not under the service elevator, but wish I did."

"Great check-in. Close to so many great places to eat. Clean room, pool was small and not busy. Always got a great place to sit. "

"Room was a bit dated, but we went with a room in the oldest tower. I did not know you have to tell them you want maid service or they don’t clean the room the whole stay. Other than that I’d stay at there again, and pay more attention at checkin."

"Well, the stay was good. But the resort fees we kind if ridiculous, as we never use any amenities because we only go to Vegas for the gambling and Fremont experience. They don't clean you rooms unless you ask. You can get a better rate at the hotels that don't charge resort fees. The Desk attendant was awesome. I wish I'd gotten his name, as he deserves to be recognized by corporate. "

"Beautiful hotel very clean "

"The location was right down the street from the Mac Center so I could attend a graduation. The area around the hotel was unsafe for a solo traveler. Each day I saw cop cars dealing with various people. "
