In the Papa suite, we spent each morning enjoying our gourmet coffee provided by the host (with a wide selection of creamers) on the balcony, watching the sun rise against the mountains. "Most of the time, the pictures make the rental look better than it is. In this rare case, it was the opposite. The pictures made the place look fantastic, but it was even better in person. Very clean. Very luxurious. Private entrance and garage. Multiple private balconies. Everything is within walking distance. Great for families with kids. Couldn’t ask for a better location. "

Made many attempts to schedule a spa appointment, and neither on line or call in system seemed to work—but its a newer property and I’m sure that will get ironed out as they move forward. Amazing location in the Santa Ynez valley."

"Check in was very quick and nice. Person at check in was very helpful in telling us about restaurants nearby. We stayed on the ground floor w/an ocean view. Room was very nice. Didn't notice any noise outside in the hall even though our room was in front of the elevators. The restaurant, Convivo, was good also. The staff at the bar was super friendly and service was excellent. "

"I’m not sure why Fess Parker Wine Inn uses Expedia but I booked a room at Fess Parker Wine Inn through Expedia, I got a confirmation through Expedia and I called Fess Parker Wine Inn to confirm my reservation and they did not honor it. This reservation was for this Memorial weekend so I was in a panic and had to call other hotels to book a room. This experience was horrible."
