"Matt was very helpful! We loved everything about the stay , except for the fact that we didn’t get upgraded to the ocean view suite, even though we booked last minute and was told it was available. Part of what makes the hotels.com platinum status (180+ nights this year ) great is the comp upgrades. But this property seems to make excuses why they can’t. That being said everything else is perfect, and we are making this our go to hotel when we are in the area, I just booked another stay for 4...

"We had THE BEST time staying at Ritz Carlton Miami. The staff there was most definitely the reason for our comfortable stay. The views are amazing and so is the restaurant downstairs. Access to pool and beach made the kids and us really happy as we could go there easily. Again, the staff here is absolutely amazing and a reason for us to return next year. "

"I have been staying at the 1 Hotel for at least 10 years, twice a year. I just started branching out and staying in the condos on residence side. This unit was definitely one of the worst we stayed in. The bathroom stunk of urine, no matter what I cleaned it with. The kitchen ceiling was all water stained and was leaking, dripped all over the kitchen island the whole time we were there. Place was so dimly lit, my husband had to shave by the window with a small mirror. Any other condo we stayed...

"We had reserved in Casablanca on the ocean and then were informed that we were not in that hotel but in an annex inland with no beach front , no sea view, no gym, no restaurant or dining area of any kind. The TV did not work and there was hardly any light in the room. A maintenance guy came right away with one more lamps and got the TV working, so that was nice. There was a stiff per night amenities fee, but NO AMENITIES! When we asked if we could leave our bags for 30 minutes at the desk while...
