โWhile the neighborhood was a little questionable, the facility was lovely. It is very quaint but well maintained. Staff were awesome. Would definitely return at a later date!โ

โThe last Room I had was fabulous. The room was on the 4th floor, so there was nobody walking overhead. It had a breakfast nook kind of window arrangement which made the room look larger. It was meticulously clean, both the bathroom and the bedroom. Loved it. โ
โThe staff were all unbelievably kind, on another level. I worked at Disney and know a think or two about good guest service, but these folks felt genuine. Dan at the door helped us with everything we needed. We didnโt look like the other clientele. We were scrappy little punk emos taking up space in a refined lobby and they still treated us with the upmost kindness and respect. We wanted an early check in and it wasnโt available. As soon as they could they got us in 30 minutes before check in...

It was the best. I couldn't speak English well and visited alone, but the staff responded very kindly. The room is in good condition. It's located in the middle of downtown San Francisco, so it's good to go anywhere. Thank you for your kind response.
