"My friend and I booked another place but it was full so they put us up here. We worth both very happy with it. Nice pool, comfy beds, bathtub, friendly staff, and very clean. The only negative is the location. It's about a 25 minute walk to the old part of Hoi An. However, for the price we paid my friend and I were both quite happy with this place."

The location is just on the outskirts of the old town, which makes it quieter but still easily walkable to all the main attractions. "Fabulous place to stay. The rooms and decor were beautiful. Having a view of the paddy fields was really calming. It was a cheap Grab ride into the centre of Hoi An. The cafe was also fabulous. The best shakshuka we've ever tasted and delicious coffee. Would absolutely recommend and would definitely stay here again. "

"This was a lovely family run homestay / hotel. A very warm welcome from everybody and nice friendly personal service. Very relaxing surroundings overlooking the herb fields of Tra Que Vegetable village, irrigatio lakes and the river. It was quite remote but an enjoyable walk to Hoi An taking in all the sights and sounds with a cheap quick taxi ride home away from all the hussle an bussle and a 15 min walk to the beach.
