"Staff were very helpful, pleasant & welcoming. The hotel is next to YuYuan garden, lovely area with lights in the evening, lots of shops nearby for meals & other shopping. Central convenient location for other sights. The hotel is very clean, our stay of 2 nights was pleasant & comfortable. Robot delivered coffee pods for the keurig coffee machine when we ran out. I would definitely return to stay on our next visit to Shanghai. "

The staff are amazing, especially the bellboys who are at the entrance. They always say hello and are very pleasant. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to a Shanghai. "Rooms were clean, had the basic amenities, they refill water and toilet paper daily, location was very close to the metro station and the bund. The only downside was the internet connection wasn't the best."
