“Breakfast was okay but highly recommend dinner which was very good. Staff friendly and helpful and dog welcomed.”

“Loved the mood of the place, middle of nowhere in the midst of some beautiful countryside. Gardens were top notch but weather sadly precluded their use. Staff were helpful and room spotless. Only slight downer is that the shower was scalding. Could not get cold water into the shower. Only there for 1 night so not a big deal. Parking easy and EV charger useful. Breakfast was tasty and well presented. Much to like about the Manor. 👍Recommended.”

The manager (Tanya I think?) was very helpful, kept us informed and gave us a free drink while we were waiting which was much appreciated. “Located in centre of town there was a lot of noise from people going to and from pubs/clubs, also a lot of boy racers in there cars driving around and around constantly past our room window, we did stay on a Saturday night so probably busier than other nights, but had to have window open due to being hot and no air conditioning, and even with window closed still quite noisy. Made it difficult to sleep till about 2am when people started going home, obviously this is out of the hotel’s control and...

“Looking for a low cost Kidderminster hotel, and this was what I selected. The hotel wasn’t exactly what I was expecting - the name suggests a degree of elegance, but what I found was a downmarket version of a premier inn without the consistency. Relatively convenient for nearby attractions about halfway to Bewdley on the Bewdley road. A decent walk to the center of Kidderminster for most dining options.”

“Constant smell of cheap air fresheners in the halls, food was overcooked and took an extremely long time to arrive, people arriving after me were served there food before me. My experience was all the staff were in their early twenties, Maybe my issue were down to a lack of experience being on hand. Definitely not the worst place I’ve stayed in but can definitely be improved.”
