โNice, basic hotel right at the airport. Convenient walk from Terminal D to the hotel. Rather basic room, but is clean and has everything you need including a safe and a coffee maker. The room I am in has a tub/shower, so I would have to ask about ADA compliant rooms. Free breakfast is included and they have a restaurant on the property. It's a nice choice if you wish to stay at the airport. โ
โThe property was Beautiful and very accommodating. My daughter had an accident during our visit to Puerto Rico , that caused us to extend our stay. The property manager allowed us to check-in late and communicate with us to help with the check-in process. โ
โThe property is in a great condition and in a good place! Walking distance to food options. La Plaza is right there! The host replied fast and sent us important information, even though there is not a front desk.
Although the property has no parking, it was easy to park on the street.
Note: loud music and loud cars pass midnight was a minor detail we didnโt like. Our room was right on the street. โ
โThis was my 2nd time visiting PR and my second time staying at segovia and i wouldnt stay anywhere else. The accomodations, location and attentive owner makes it my home away from home. We got locked out at 1 point and was helped within minutes by the nieghbor and host, we were very grateful. Thank you again and till next time! โ

โwe reserved a room online for the Dream hotel but when we got there at night we got rejected because they told us they were full however when we went online they took our money with our reservation.
They showed us a scam copy claiming that they did not did not take the money however when we check their bank statements it showed that they did.
