Power in building went out over 4 times in one night leaving us with no ac in hot room. But other than that great stay staff were accommodating when I needed to check in early

Great spot for visiting family or business, outside the hustle of the resorts but close enough to the beach that uber can take you for very cheap. The only real issue we had was the internet even though it was fast it was very unreliable. It kept dropping and sometimes for a very long period of time.

Clean, convenient, with a pool

Nice place to stay in cancun, near shops and restaurant in walking distance, nice pool. Only negative elevator not working this visit.

Good place near airport in non- touristy area.

Just needed a plain Hotel for my overnight to catch a red-eye flight out of Cancun. The property is in a non touristical area near the airport. I could walk to restaurants for dinner, and it was an easy taxi ride to the airport to catch my flight.

Hotel is good. Very clean. Not very soundproof. Restaurant on the property closes at 4 p.m. and not quality food or service.

This hotel was a Safe hotel but was not easily accessible after hours. The entrance is through a court yard that is highly secured at night. The check in was easy and the staff was nice. The restaurant and free breakfast was the best part. The restaurant gives you 4 options for the included breakfast, and the staff at the restaurant were amazing and made my stay here magical. The room is new and modern.

There was a lot of construction going on next door at another hotel. Noise all night. Elevator stopped working a few times. We were on the 6th floor but they did get it working. We stayed in the room with a kitchenette but there were not any pots, pans, knives, available. We made due.

Very small room with a small window. It was clea but very humid. Not much going on around the area. The pool is tiny and just at the door of the loby not to cozy. Staff was polite

Front desk charged me $220.00 instead of $202.00. They used a different pesos to dlls exchange to benefit them. They didn’t accept me to pay cash. Room was basic, no phone in the room. Restaurant didn’t offer dinner service. Restaurants were across a dangerous highway. Not markets or pharmacies around there.
