"My room was ok but was looking for a better jr suite, also we are not handicapped, so didn’t know why we had that type of room. The staff was very friendly, didn’t really eat breakfast, the cappuccino bar staff don’t look happy, and the tops didn’t fit the cups, needing coffee in the morning is big, and they didn’t even care to be there, the swim- up bar needs to be handled more carefully look and smell like old liquor and a lot of bees. The jerk bar had toooooo many flies! Yuck, but the house keeper Shanea was amazing, and so patient!!! Love her… give her a raise.. last but not least… why is the pool and beach closed at 7pm we are adults not kids… we need to be allowed to enjoy the water and the pool with seating and towels.. and add more mixed drinks options….. also the worse part is taxi is charging ridiculous prices for the amount of miles. Yes we are there to spend money and enjoy ourselves it should be a very way to take care of your guests and not charge them high prices to get to and from the downtown area that’s not even 10 mins away.. I don’t think I would ever stay at the Rui In Bahamas just because of how much they charge for the taxi fare,they definitely took advantage of that. And I felt taken advantage of."

"What an amazing stay! Had the best time, relaxing and enjoying my time at the Hyatt Hacienda Del Mar. The 1 bedroom Villa was perfect in every way, clean, cozy and had everything we need. The staff was friendly and helpful. I totally recommend this place! Book now!"

"Room was clean , too much staff at the Buffet restaurant but the services need to be improved. The pool was clean but has so many missing tiles , a woman got injured . In general I had a good experience at this hotel , but they have to improve those issues in order to get real 5 stars."

"The staff was really kind and always helpful. The resort was really peaceful, mainly couples of all ages. The resort had a lot of activities throughout each day through an app you had to download. All in all I would go back, more of a relaxing resort. But drinks were always available haha"

"Breathless is a beautiful resort with many activities going on. Great for those that love a swim bar scene with live dancers! The food at the restaurant was good. Some of the recipes still need refined. For foodies. the all-inclusive package may not be the way to go. We had some more authentic food outside of the resort. One thing that stood out were the attentive and friendly staff. They make you feel pampered for those trying to get away."
