"Overall this hotel was very nice. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The food was pretty good, but repetitive. The specialized restaurants were a bit difficult to book. They filled up quickly but could only be booked 2 days out. We were there four nights and only able to eat at one of the specialized restaurants once. The rooms were clean and comfortable but again, nothing special. I guess the general review I would have for this location is that it is good for the price being paid. However, if you are looking for the ultimate experience than this might fall a bit short of that expectation. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and have no regrets about booking here."

"Lots of staff traffic, constantly having to move out of the way while walking. Our room was on a high traffic area of staff vehicles, most of the time it sounded like the Indy 500 outside our door. Food was great, staff were great, meals were excellent. Mosquitoes were terrible especially in our room! Our door didn’t match up to the door frame which allowed extra noise. Lots of peacocks, which caused for lots of roosting in the mornings and throughout the day. "

"The whole family loved the vacation, even though the children preferred the pool above everything else. I really didn't understand them with the beautiful blue ocean right there. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel store was a good place to pick up a few additional items or a snack. There were so many options for eating. All of the restaurants were top notch. It was very convenient having a Starbucks inside the hotel. It was easy to get around the property using the shuttles and everything was within walking distance if the mood hit us to walk. I, especially, liked the water park. The lazy river required a little paddling, but it was still a lot of fun. The water slides were amazing. The hotel staff was friendly and curteous. The rooms were cleaned daily. The children already want to go back for another trip."
