"Lovely accommodation, very well maintained. Excellent communication from Thomas the owner including getting there from the airport, finding the accommodation, and access. Would highly recommend as it’s close to all the tourist sites but away from the crowds. Great location with access to the actv boats for island hopping, local restaurants and supermarkets on door step. Had a great time. Only thing I’d suggest to the owner is to leave a sweeping brush of some sort for the guest to sweep up,...

"We hebben een doorreis vakantie onderweg hebben wij deze appartement geboekt en we zijn heel goed geholpen, vriendelijke dame Rossana heeft het ons erg gemakkelijk gemaakt. "Fantastic stay at maison valentina. Very nice apartment. Great for couple with older kids. There are three floors so it might be not advised for younger kids (given the stairs). Bathroom is a bit small on bedroom floor but manageable. Other comforts more than make up for it. Located in a quieter area of Venice which was perfect. All amenities (grocery and restaurants) a few minutes away. Very enjoyable stay."

"We liked the location. It was very convenient to getting a boat into downtown Venice. It was just a walk across the street. The hotel itself is relatively new and therefore it was very clean very up-to-date and they served wonderful buffet breakfast. The staff was very helpful and were anxious to please. "Well equipped cabins and good children's pool. The bus transfer to Venice is very efficient and good value for money. Only negatives are: - that the bunk beds in the cabins are not suitable for adults, they were also broken where the ladder attached in all of our cabins. - the main pool was freezing! Though we did visit in October."

"The location is really good. About a two min walk to the train station. It’s down a narrow alley so even though you are right next to the hustle and bustle the people and noise is absent. The hotel is clean and the rooms were nice. The reason we didn’t give it 5 stars across the board was the shower. Great pressure and relatively roomy. The problem was the way the designed the shower/tub allowed water to go under the glass door and completely flood the floor. Every single time. We tried using extra towels to block the water but these attempts proved futile. We let the front desk know after our first day and upon check out. The response was tepid. As if she was acknowledging the problem without a concern about fixing the issue. If not for the shower issues I would definitely recommend this hotel."
