"The view from the reception on 70th floor was magnificent. The hidden facility to have food or drinks worth USD 25 is very inviting especially from the reception area. The service staff at the bar are very polite and efficient. I found the people handling my luggage very helpful who helped us organise transport. For some reason in spite of being a five star hotel the crowd appeared to be bit loud but that could be due to large corporate gatherings. I do take into account that people in LA do not use underground trains but the hotel is very conveniently located near a underground metro. The hotel is also surrounded by other moderately priced restaurants. It is very conveniently located near some of the well known shops including budget outlet - I did bit of shopping there as well."

"The suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths accommodated my family well! We only stayed for one night which is not even enough time to enjoy this fully furnished APARTMENT! There was parking available across the street which was a cheaper option for us. There could have been more than one towel set for each bathroom. Water pressure was quite softer than I expected. The balcony was a great feature to watch traffic and just take in the sounds and sights of DTLA. I did notice that the balcony door has to be shut in order for the AC to run, there is a sensor on it, but the door in our room didn’t latch like a normal door, so we wouldn’t know the AC stopped until it started to get hot. The handle has to be turned in order for it to latch which we found out fairly quickly lol. Other than that, AMAZING place, will stay again if out that way"
