"This place is truly a hidden gem. How it’s a 3 star hotel is remarkable compared to the quality we received. For starters, the staff working were phenomenal. They ensured that everything we asked for was done swiftly and effectively. Not only this, but when something was unable to be completed it was told in a manner that was so polite. The location of this place is also amazing. 2 minute walk from the main shopping area in ginza, as well as very close to convenience stores. Not only this, but the station is very close (2 min walk away), and the line connected is very convenient. The food in the surrounding area is convenient and delicious. It is definitely worth trying places nearby the hotel. Our room was very surprising when we entered. The bed was bigger than expected, the bathroom was clean and large aswell. For reference we stayed at the cheapest room in the hotel, paying 500 aud for 3 nights (around 50,000 yen). On top of this, everything was very clean and had no bad smell. Conclusively, 5 stars is the perfect rating for this hotel. Quiet area, cheap, convenient, safe, easy to get to. Just amazing. Only downside would be that check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11 am, but that’s how hotels are so it’s not a knock to the hotel (and if you arrive early you can just safely pass along your bags). Not to mention that they have coupons! If you’re looking for a cheap place that’s very reliable, great quality, and in a great area, I highly recommend staying here."

"Had a great stay at the Shinjuku Prince Hotel. Vlery convenient, only 2-3 blocks tto the train station. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. There are shops and restaurants in the ssme building. Rooftop restaurant has great views. Located in the Golden Gai area. This area is good for nightlife. The hotel was very nice & clean. The rooms are small as most are in Japan, but functional as I had what I needed. Recommend couples and damilies to upgrade to the larger rooms for walking space. The staff was very nice and polite, most spoke English. The staff even accomodated a very late check out due to a delayed flight and kept my luggage for a few hours while I enjoyed the last few hours of the area. I recommend this hotel and would stay again! Thank you for the great experience."

"An Incredibles stay. The staff were extremely friendly and very proficient in English for that matter. They were also very patient with my broken Japanese. I felt right at home even after taking a tumble outside. We went to the front desk upon entry and the staff saw my knee, came back and helped me disinfect and bandage my cut - incredible service. The location is excellent, and the building is beautiful extremely tall."

"Very busy hotel, but run efficiently!! Rooms are dated. But within walking distance to the Tokyo Dome where we saw a fun baseball game! I’d stay there again"

"This fantastic hotel provides exceptional service and a friendly staff. The full buffet breakfast is an excellent way to begin your day. We also particularly enjoyed the tea time and the tranquil outside areas on the terrace and the third floor. Additionally, there is a currency exchange machine and laundry machines are available."

"It is surrounded with tons of stores around. We enjoyed the restaurant at the ground floor. The cleanliness of the building is phenomenol. One of the busiest street but the experience was amazing. The waiting time for elevator is an opportunity, wish there is a stair to use as alternative. "
