“The hotel isn't sound proof at all. It's a hotel made out of a large house. While i was staying, it sounded like the guys next door were in my room because i could hear their every step and chat and felt really insecure because of that. The bathroom and toilet are shared which i didn't expect at all. At least they are kept clean and there's daily cleaning service. The room had a basin. There was no shower gaun though towels were provided. They had good heating on.”
“A nice hotel for families. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were great, friendly and helpful. It's proximity to the caves is great and it's a half hour walk away from Wells. The food in the restaurant was good too.”

“Weekend staff were amazing. On Monday the chef was extremely rude and condescending when was told that the coffee machine had run out of coffee and when was requested for a fried egg. She literally snapped at my son when he asked for a fried egg. Not impressed at all! Otherwise this hotel deserves a 5 star rating all over ”
“The Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Easy to talk to. The location was a hard one to find and we had to park our car quite a distance away but can't do much about that. We did enjoy the location to much of the town. The Hotel itself was very clean and well run. The area around it we weren't as comfortable with.”
"체크인하고 냉장실에 있는 물을 마시려고했는데, 물병이 새것이 아님을 이미 알고있었지만(5성급이 아니니까), 물병이 이미 너무 더러웠음. 5성급 서비스를 원하는것은 아니지만, 그래도 기본적인 위생도 지켜지지않는게 충격이었음. 물병 뚜껑 안쪽에 온갖 이물질이 끼어있었음. 바쓰 도시는 매우아름다운데, 다시온다면 머물지 않을것임"
