“A lovely property with tasteful decor. All the staff are very pleasant. Palm Court restaurant was really nice, and the gym and swim facilities were good. The Sunday carvery is excellent and complimentary products in the room a nice touch. Not a lot of seating in the bar if wanting drinks only, most of it is for eating. Similarly, car parking is at a premium with a wedding on. Changing rooms are quite small, and could do with a spin machine for drying trunks (many have these now).”

“We had an amazing stay here. The rooms were lovely and the beds very comfortable. We loved the suite with its living area and the breakfast was delicious. The hosts could not have done more. So friendly and helpful. They also had lots of games and toys and a garden which were great for the kids. ”

“Spa was great and staff were lovely but the room was in need of some tlc there was holes in the wall from previous fixings and the shower head was covered in mildew and limescale. The breakfast cost £15 per person and when it arrived to the table it looked nothing like a £15 breakfast which was a disappointing end to the stay unfortunately”

“I was in room 16. Room 16 is next to the boiler room so it got hot. It was also occasionally noisy from the pipes. The staff were friendly and the food (breakfast and dinner) was decent. The views were brilliant.”

“The room was clean and plenty of towels. WiFi wasn’t good in the room but very good in the bar. Breakfast was average, would have liked more selection in the “bakery section” maybe a bagel, crumpets, crusty bloomer. Fruit selection was lacking too. Swimming pool and facilities surrounding it were clean but dated but we had a good time”
