"Loved our experience at the Arabelle. Everything was perfect!!!! There were a few staff members who stood out especially Hannah at the front desk - had spoken to her on the phone before arrival and when I arrived and mentioned my name , she knew exactly who I was!! Also, Kevin at Valet and Brandon at front desk were terrific!!"

"We were recently stranded in Grand Junction due to a flight diverted from Denver, so this hotel was not picked after any research. It was very close to the airport and there were 100s like us stranded so we just it to get a room. Turns out it was a really Great hotel, very clean and literally 2minutes away from GJT. Parking was free. The room and look of the hotel seems old but it has its own charm. I didnt have anything to complain about. Hallways are clean and quiet. Rooms are normal sized. Bathroom had everything you needed, clean & well maintained. Beds are very comfy. TV quite tiny (not a smart TV) but had enough channels to keep the kids occupied. Our room also came with a micro and a small fridge. Free breakfast is also provided in the morning and it was plenty. Attached restaurant & bar. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There is also a FREE shuttle service to the airport so if you dont have a rental, be sure to sign up and provide what time you want a ride. All in all this was a great fit for our family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 kids under the age of 7. I would never willingly go to grand junction (I didnt even know it existed) but if I ever go back, I would stay here due to its convenience to the airport and free breakfast/shuttle. Turns out there are flights that use this little town to refuel so if you ever find yourself stranded, then give this hotel a chance."

"We do enjoy the summer concerts at the AMP. We enjoy our stay at the Tivoli every time, would not think of looking anywhere else…welcoming staff, beautiful location and easy access to the concert venue and village restaurants"

"Great location right off of the trail along the creek that winds thru town. Not their fault but the creek was dry this time due to drought. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops Could use an extra fan for the room as the loft area tended to stay a little warm as no AC at most places on the mtns Bed was just ok on comfort level. Room overall very nice."

"Clean updated rooms. Staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast could include less carbs and more protein and apples at breakfast. Great location easy to walk places. Reasonable price compared to other places in Glenwood Springs. Enjoyed our stay."
