“Here’s a cleaner and more polished version that still sounds genuine and firm: The hotel was very underwhelming and did not feel worth the price we paid. We arrived a few hours early and appreciated that the staff held our luggage while we waited for check-in. However, we were told we would be notified when the room was ready, and no one ever contacted us. Once we got to the room, we discovered there was no hot water, and the shower would sometimes stop running entirely in the middle of use....

“The room is in major need for repairs, and had a animal urine smell from previous guests with dogs. Breakfast was good and delicious, staff super friendly and helpful. Pools were not very clean. Overall it was worth the price.”
