“⭐⭐ Disappointing stay — facilities not worth the price Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my stay. The hotel feels very dated and considering the price, I expected a much better standard of accommodation and facilities. There were also several issues with the room. The ground-floor window would not lock, which was concerning from a security point of view. The shower-to-bath setting didn’t work, and the bathroom extractor fan could not be switched off. It was extremely loud and kept...

“From arrival at reception everything was just perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was just what was needed. Room was good size. Beds were comfortable and clean. Had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was also good. Thank you and will definitely stay there again.”

“Good enough but not worth the rate. There best room which they use for bridal suite has a stepping ledge onto the terrace that is unstable and there was a smell in the room. They did give us a diffuser but it was still there. The heated towel rail didn’t work. However, other rooms might be great and the views are absolutely stunning.”

“시설,청결상태,스파 모두 만족스러웠습니다”

“Et helt fantastisk sted! Nylig oppusset. Flotte, historiske lokaler. Fine områder rundt. Stille og rolig. Fikk følelsen av å bo på et slott.”

“친구 추천으로 갔는데 방 너무 좁아서 가방을 펼쳐놓을 수가 없었음. 4박중 침대시트 한번도 안 갈아주고 화장실 배수 고쳐달라고 3번 얘기함. 아침도 별로임.”

“They told me I didn't have a room and told me to go out. They couldn't even find my reservation. The 'hotels.com' said I had no problem at all. It's only a matter of hotel. This hotel doesn't have a conversation. They just told me to leave without any intention of solving my problem. You can be nervous ahead of your trip. Are you sure you should stay here?”
