“Our flight was delayed and didn’t get the opportunity to call the property. Make sure you contact the property or they will cancel your reservation. That is the one thing I don’t like. They should find a way to fix that. The front desk were helpful and able to accommodate us. I love this property, I’ve been there several times. This experience wasn’t the best but overall, but I enjoy going there. The other property I enjoy is Coco La Palm. I’d recommend these properties to anyone.”

“I liked that the property was conveniently located close to the beach. However, considering the price I paid, I expected breakfast to be included. I was also disappointed that the property did not have an elevator, which meant I had to carry my suitcases up and down the stairs.”

“We are repeat guests at coco and for good reasons. Can’t say enough about the beautiful people and property - we are never disappointed. The only slight issue was the wifi in block 6 - it was not guaranteed inside but it was more reliable outside the room. Sorry, not enough to keep us away in the future.”

“The local breakfasts were good. More variety in the menu needed for dinner options. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The beach was fabulous!! The beach chairs were in good shape and available. The property was well maintained. A great stay as usual.”

“The rooms are dated and poorly maintained. Let’s start with cleanliness, this was most disturbing, dead roach in bathroom, dead flies and mosquitoes in shower and on bathroom floor. White towels and wash rags all had yellow stains and frayed. - The toilet took 4-5 flushes to get even a piece of tissue to go down. You have to hold the handle down for an extended period to get any flushing action. It had hard water and chipped marks all over very off putting so we used tissue to layer the seat....
