“Location is good, right on the boardwalk. Good restaurants close by.”

“Great hotel! Met up to the Hyatt standards. Close to boardwalk and ocean. Good breakfast. Great pools for rainy days. Only issue was that check in was confusing. Was unclear where to park and unload the car.”

“Front desk staff was very kind. Easy check in and out. It’s a great place to stay for multiple days. The AC can be loud, but we don’t mind the noise. The hotel can be a little noisy too. Just everyone hustle and bustling. The kids screaming at the pool. Again, we don’t mind. More of a warning to people who maybe looking for a quieter place. We come every year and we will return next!”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, it was quiet despite being on the highway, and staff was friendly. We could view the ocean from the window, and the bay from the balcony. We were on the 5th floor in the south building. Bagels and muffins were available in the morning at the office. The elevator was a bit scary, it liked to pause for long moments then lurch around. “The beach house is quite loud. We were in room 106 in the beach house and you hear everytime the lobby door opens and closes and every person who talks in the lobby. Other than that it was fine”

“One elevator for 500 rooms is crazy then u can’t use the steps half the time because they lock them.good luck if paid to park it seems they don’t check for passes and nobody leave the spots that are full most the staff park there too so paid parking is a joke. “My husband and I booked the hotel for our 19th anniversary. We really liked the ocean front room. Very clean. Maybe put a side table on the balconies. We would like to see a safe in the rooms for security and peace of mind. We liked the bar/restaurant underneath the hotel. Nice hotel. We hope to stay next year.”
