"It’s very family friendly and the staff was great. In my opinion it’s not super well kept and could use updating. Our room wasn’t very clean. It’s a good option if you have kids. If you’re a couple or joining friends on a trip and you’re childfree, look for other options near the area."

"The best hotel ever that I’ve stayed at, however I have one observation, they need to improve the cleaning service in the bathrooms located in the pool area, the water park, and the public restrooms in different areas of the hotel. Some of them were dirty. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable. The staff was always very friendly and treated us courteously. "

"Always stay here & front desk is always welcoming. Def would consider a hard treatment for roaches tho, and a more deep clean for pet rooms due to the strong odor. "
