"I only stayed one night and it was horrible. Site is clean, no problem with cleanness, but the room smelled like humid, and the AC was all day turning on and off and the room was so hot I barely slept, I even did the checkout at 7:30am instead of 11am, because I was super hot. I told the receptionist about the night I had and about the problem and her only response she gave me with this unique look was “ok I will tell maintenance “. I was expecting a refund or discount or anything like that, but for a good customer service I atleast was expecting “I apologize for your inconvenience “ but she just looked at me side eye and only said that to me and not even “have a good day” or “thank you for staying at Clarion” I really do not recommend it if staff treats customers like that and AC do not work!"
