"My room was clean but had a cracked sink and the tub looked really bad. The noise from the other rooms and the street and traffic was horrible. I had to park in front near the front door and looked out to see a couple who were staying at the hotel basically all over my vehicle. I had to press the lock 3 times to flash the lights and that didn't get them away from it so I had to go down to the parking area which the elevator was so slow. I didn't make it out until they came inside the hotel. I wont be staying at this hotel again. I had to pay $26 for parking and had to deal with these people. My mattress was so over used it was very soft and squishy and my back is out because of it. Overall bad experience."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and rooms quiet. Everything was clean. Only stayed one night but only advice would be for hotel is to change out bad lightbulbs and check your appliances. Had a shirt ruined by a faulty iron trying to iron the shirt before an event. No fault of person doing the ironing. 😏"

"Meh. The front desk people may have been having an off day - not friendly. Originally gave us a room that was still dirty and no linens on the bed. Didn't apologize or anything just gave us a different room. Beds were fine. The vibe is very young. Open shelving and open sink area like a loft or studio type apartment."

She went above and beyond to help me and my mom, including making sure our rooms were beside each other, which truly meant a lot to us. From the moment we checked in, she was welcoming, patient, and genuinely caring. You can tell when someone actually enjoys helping people, and she absolutely made our experience better. Hotels are remembered because of people like her. Thank you again for your kindness and amazing customer service!"
