“What a lovely little guest house within walking distance to York city centre. Danielle was a lovely host who made sure everything was in order for us. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the fact that parking is included makes this place good value for money. The only thing worth noting is that the loft room is up 3 sets of stairs (the last one being a little steep) so bear that in mind if you have luggage or if you plan on doing the climb up the York Cathedral Tower tour...

Breakast was included and it was tasty and fresh. We are vegan and it is the best hotel breakfast we have had. But the thing that elevates it is the staff. So helpful, attentive, and friendly. “Quick and easy check in and out. Very comfortable beds in a large clean room. Excellent parking and easy access to the town. White a bit of noise from outside but for the rates and everything else about the hotel this is a minor point. The rooms were quite dated but I knew this when booking and it also felt like a very minor point for the stay. Overall had an amazing stay!”
