"The location is nice with the river right there. However, the outside of the property didn't seem to be kept very clean at all. The room was okay, but I have to wonder how clean they really keep it because there was a used sponge in dirt on the floor behind the bathroom door."

"Our room was very clean and spacious. It included a microwave and dorm size fridge. It was perfect for our short visit. Apparently a school team was in town the same weekend. Saturday morning had very large crowds all during the breakfast hours. Our room had no cream or cups, just one packet of regular coffee, decaf coffee and sugar. The only issue we encountered was the crowd and no coffee in the room. I could have asked I'm sure, but we opted to head out for breakfast. Overall it is a nice place to stay."

"We loved our stay. Our view was lovely. The hotel had everything we needed. We took advantage of the trolley so we didn’t have to find and pay for parking in Gatlinburg. It was an easy drive into the Park do to some hiking. Perfect for couples."
